Does universities charge anything to issue migration certificate?

Can a student of Delhi University after completion of 2 years Advance Diploma course take admission in private university as lateral entry in 5th semester for the same stream? If so, then what should be the migration charges to be taken by private university? These should be one time or two time (say separate for one year and separate for 2nd year) and minimum or maximum charges for migration as per rules or there is no rule/limit and it is discretion of the university?

There is no rule regarding the migration fee and it is the discretion of the university to charge fee for the migration.

The migration fee is charged whenever you will be ask for the migration from the university.

So, visit the official website to get detail about the migration fee structure.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
