Re: Is doing B.Com with CS better or doing BBA with CS?
Hello friend,
Company Secretary is a professional course and a qualified professional are appointed by following types of companies: Companies willing to get enlisted in the stock exchange Companies with paid up share capital of 2 crores or more Such companies are bound to appoint a company secretary. Apart from working for a company, these professionals also practice independently. Now, as far as BBA vs B.Com is concerned, I would suggest you to pursue BBA. Since both of them is not going to add a great value to the CS qualification, but BBA followed by MBA will definitely do so. A certified company Secretary with MBA will always be given preference in any industry. |

b.com will help u a lot if u try to be a cs . U will have a good knowledge of income and indirect tax, cost accounts , advance accounts etc so its good doing cs with b.com . In bba also u will get all those subjects but u wont get deep knowledge.

It will be better for you to do your B.com with CS as these both courses are related with maths and accounts and it would be easy for you to complete these courses.if you are going to do MBA with CS ,it would be a great option for you.It also depends on your interest.
