Edibility for MCA after B.Sc(CS)? Fee structure for MCA?
i have done my bsc cs,now i am looking for mca... can you please inform me regarding the eligibility for mca and the fee structure.

hello friend, eligibility to do MCA is 50% aggregate marks in B.Sc (cs). You are an cs student ,so there is no problem. But fee structure depends on the college you join.

you have said that u did bsc(cs) it means that u have maths background so there is no problem u can do mca from any recognized university.every university has their entrance exam u just need to clear the exam with good ranks and you can get college according to your ranks and every college has their diffrent diffrent fee structure. minimun fee for mca is around 40000 per sem.and also u do mca from as distance learning this is not so costly.

yes ofcourse you can do your MCA. This is 3 year course. You can do this by yearly or semesterwise and the fee of this course aproximately 25000 per year. You have to need to pay 12500 per semester if you choose semesterwise procedure.

You can go in for MCA provide you satisfy the criterias. You will need to have pursued Mathematics in both 12th as well first year of graduation. Since you are from the computer science background you will be eligible. You will need to appear for entrance exams like JNU, Anna University etc. Fees will vary depending on the institute where you join.

MCA Elgibility :-
Should be a pass in any recognized Bachelor's Degree of minimum 3 year's duration in any discipline with Mathematics at 10 + 2 level. OR Should be a pass in any recognized Bachelor's Degree of minimum 3 year's duration in any discipline with Mathematics as one of the subjects. |

Those students who has the math subject in 12th class or have done graduation with the BCA, BSC are eligible to apply for the MCA course. The admission will be through the entrance exam conducted by the various universities across the Nations.
The fees are different in government and private institutes. In the government institutes fees can be Rs. 300 to Rs. 5000 P.A. and in the private institute’s fees can be from Rs. 30000 to Rs. 100000 P.A. |

You have maths so you can do MCA.......... it is a master degree and a professional course and after that you will get a good job in reputed software companies for MCA it is necessary to have maths in 12th calss.........

General Eligibility Criteria for Indian students for MCA Course
Aspirants who have done their BCA, BBA or B.Tech can apply for the MCA course. Students who have finished their graduation in science can also apply. These students must have studied Mathematics as a subject in class 10+2. There is no age limit regarding the admission to this course. Academic Eligibility Criteria for MCA Course Students who would like to join the MCA course must have a pass in graduation with more than 60 percent marks. They need to write an entrance exam as to get admission into the MCA course. The fee structure varies from institutes to institutes,for an idea it should be around 25000 to 120000 per annum in private but pretty less in government around 500 to 5000 per annum. |

As you have done your B.sc in computer science and now you want to do MCA, so, you can go for it.. Now a days MCA is very demanding course in IT sectors.. after completion of your MCA you can get a very good job in software sectors.. for doing MCA you have to appear in entrance exam like JECA,NIMCET etc.. after clearing the exam you can take admission in MCA.. The eligibility criteria for MCa is- *you must have complete your graduation in Computer applications or in computer science with 45% aggregate.. *you must have maths in your 12th.. these are the criteria.. The fee structure for MCA varies from college to college....
It is for government and different for Private college... In govt colleges it is comparatively less than private colleges. For example.... the fees per semester in IGNOU is up to Rs.12,200 excluding the elective subject charges...while in institutes such as BITS, it reaches to Rs.30,000 per semester. The top colleges and Universities in India are--- Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU), Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS), Sikkim Manipal University, Banaras Hindu University (BHU), NSHM, Delhi University, University of Pune. To be eligible for MCA: 1. you should have maths in 12th. 2. you should have passed graduation with maths or statistics as one of the subject. For MCA graduation is necessary .For MCA admission Maths is compulsiry in 12th without maths in 12th you will not be eligible for MCA.
MCA is very good course if you want to go in teaching field.For MCA graduation from any recognised university is necessary. It is good option but MBA is also good you can look forward in the field of Management...
MBA and MCA both are Master degrees and both are very high reputed degrees. MBA is stand for Master in Business management and MCA is stand for Master in computer application. For MCA good programming student is required. Now it is based on you what you choose. |
