hello friend, eligibility to do MCA is 50% aggregate marks in B.Sc (cs). You are an cs student ,so there is no problem. But fee structure depends on the college you join.

dear friend,
As you have done your B.sc in computer science and now you want to do MCA, so, you can go for it..
Now a days MCA is very demanding course in IT sectors.. after completion of your MCA you can get a very good job in software sectors..
for doing MCA you have to appear in entrance exam like JECA,NIMCET etc..
after clearing the exam you can take admission in MCA..
The eligibility criteria for MCa is-
*you must have complete your graduation in Computer applications or in computer science with 45% aggregate..
*you must have maths in your 12th..
these are the criteria..
All the best..

The fee structure for MCA varies from college to college....

It is for government and different for Private college...

In govt colleges it is comparatively less than private colleges.

For example....

the fees per semester in IGNOU is up to Rs.12,200 excluding the elective subject charges...while in institutes such as BITS, it reaches to Rs.30,000 per semester.

The top colleges and Universities in India are---

Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU),

Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS),

Sikkim Manipal University,

Banaras Hindu University (BHU),

NSHM,

Delhi University,

University of Pune.

To be eligible for MCA:

1. you should have maths in 12th.
2. you should have passed graduation with maths or statistics as one of the subject.

Some colleges with their fees are attached in the section below.

It is good option but MBA is also good you can look forward in the field of Management...
MBA and MCA both are Master degrees and both are very high reputed degrees.
MBA is stand for Master in Business management and MCA is stand for Master in computer application.
For MCA good programming student is required.
Now it is based on you what you choose.

Full form of MCA is Masters in Computer Application. The duration of the course is three years and the course has been divided into six semesters. In the last semester you will get to do specialization from a list of subjects. This course provides in depth knowledge about computer application and prepares you to seek job easily.

The main eligibility criteria when applying for this course is a bachelor's degree in any discipline first from a recognized university. Since it is a post graduate degree therefore a bachelor's degree is a must.

But in addition to that, you need to get minimum 50 percent of marks at undergraduate level to study this course too. There is some relaxation for the reserved category candidates. Final year students about to appear for their final exam or awaiting the result can also sit for this exam.

Apart from the percentage mentioned above, you also need to have mathematics as one of your compulsory subject at 10+2 level. This is mandatory.
