In order to pursue courses in commerce from any university and to make sure that the degree is recognized on national level, the university should be approved by University Grant Commission (UGC).

Approval of All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) is required for courses in technical disciplines and for Master of Business Administration (MBA) program.

Since you want to pursue Bachelor of Commerce from EIILM University, you must not worry about AICTE approval. EIILM University is recognized by University Grant Commission (UGC) and therefore, after pursuing B.Com from the university, you will be considered equivalent to commerce graduates of any other recognized universities.
