yes ofcourse you are eligible to do b.tech after completing diploma engineering.

The basic eligibilty for engineering is:

1.candidtae should have completed their 10 + 12 or

2.should have completed 10 + (3 years diploma ) in any institutes.

since for taking admission in B.tech or B.E you must fulfill the given criteria:-

1. you must be 10 and 10+2 passed.
2.you must have diploma after 10th.
3. you must have done diploma for 3 years (10 th+2 year)

also you must have aggregate of 50% in diploma.
