Eligibility to appear in SA-NDF exam for a Non Matriculate candidate?

Hello, I am a citizen of South Africa. I want to give SA-NDF exam so that I can join NDF. But I haven't completed my Matriculation. So, in this case I am eligible to appear in this exam? Kindly tell me about this asap.
