Eligibility to apply for Maharashtra PSC for a domicile of Karnataka who has done overall academics in Maharashtra?

Hello Sir, I have completed my over all academics in Maharashtra. However, I am from Karnataka. So, am I eligible to apply for Maharashtra PSC recruitment? Please let me know about this as soon as possible.

The academic qualification required for Maharashtra Public Service Commission exam is bachelor's degree in any stream from a recognized university of India.

Other state candidates can apply for MPSC exam but they will not be eligible for any reservation or relaxation benefits.
