Eligibility criteria for NIMCET examination?


I have 6.4 CGPA in 10th, 58% in 12th and 70% in graduation. Am I eligible for NIT MCA Common Entrance Test (NIMCET)? If yes, then can you brief me about the exam pattern and marking scheme?

If you have secured at least 60% marks or 6.5 CGPA in graduation, then you are eligible for NIMCET exam.

For SC/ST, 55% marks or 6.0 CGPA is required.

Exam Pattern:
  • Objective Questions
  • Negative marking: -1 mark
  • For each correct answer: 4 marks
  • Total Marks: 480 marks
  • Duration of Exam: 2 hours
  • Total questions: 120 questions
  • Mode of exam: Offline
