my BE (MECH) aggr is 59.75% plz tell me if i am eligible for mtech in iit.

i get good ranks in gate but my b tech aggregate is 55.27 and 60 percent in final year i am open can i fulfill the criteria for admission in mtech

i belong to civil engineering in my BE. can i toate admission in robotics in iit by getting good rank in gate ME paper
