I im doing Msc zoology second year, as i was admitted this year my examinations will be on next Sep 2015, so i am eligible to apply on coming feb 2015,

Yes, of course you are eligible to apply for CSIR NET 2015 Exam. But, you must qualified in your M.Sc course without any pending backlog to take part in CSIR NET 2015 Exam.

Eligibility for CSIR NET 2015 Exam:

Educational Qualification:

- Applicant must have a BE/BTech/BPharma/MBBS/MSc/integrated BS-MS or equivalent degree with a minimum 55% of marks for Gen and OBC candidates (50% for SC/ST/PH).

- Final year students waiting for their results can also apply

Age Limit:

- For Junior Research Fellowship (JRF): Candidates should not be more than 28 years (there is relaxation in upper age limit for the reserved candidates (SC/ST/OBC) according to norms of Government of India.
- For Lectureship: There is no upper age limit for those applying for lectureship.

How to Apply
The applicant can apply for CSIR UGC NET June 2015 through online by accessing the official website of CISR UGC NET i.e www.csirhrdg.res.in.

Yes, you are eligible for CSIR NET exam because you are in 2nd years of M.Sc degree in zoology.

Those candidates who have completed masters degree from a recognized university are eligible for CSIR NET exam. General and OBC candidates should hold 55% and above marks in masters degree. For SC/ST candidate its 50% and above in masters degree.

Age criteria for CSIR NET:-

Your age should be below 28 years.
