Eligibility to do Correspondence Law Course?


Currently I'm doing Pharmacy in Bangalore College of 2 years Diploma Course and I want to continue this journey with Law Course As A correspondence I'm i eligible for this? If yes provide link or any college To talk about this¡!

The very first thing I would like to let you know is that the Bar Council of India (BCI) does not approve any college or university to offer law courses in correspondence mode. Also, BCI does not validate any such degree to practice law in any court.

So, if you are thinking to have a career in the field of law then the idea of going for a degree course in law in correspondence mode is not a good one.

Many colleges/universities in India offer Distance Education in BA LLB such as IGNOU, National Law University, ILS, JMI New Delhi. To be eligible to apply for BA LLB Distance Education, 50% marks in class 12 in any stream is required. The admissions in BA LLB Distance Education colleges is based on merit.

Eligibility to do Correspondence Law Course:-

To be eligible to apply for BA LLB distance education, 50% marks in class 12th in any stream is required.
The admissions in BA LLB distance education colleges is based on merit. The course fee for BA LLB distance education ranges between INR 15,000 – 50,000 while in some colleges it can go up to INR 2 - 3 lakhs.

Many universities like a Madurai Kamaraj University and Annamalai University offered various law courses in distance education mode such as BGL, LLM etc.

Eligibility to do Correspondence Law Course:-

You are eligible to do LLB after completion of BA from distance mode. The LLB course is a 3 years law graduation course.
Various law colleges conduct the course. Graduation ( 10 + 2 + 3 or 11 + 1 + 3 ) with 45% marks is the minimum education qualification required for LLB course.

The minimum age limit to apply for this course is 17 years and there is no upper age limit for admission.

The eligibility for the Correspondence Law course is a candidate must have passed a bachelor's degree in any stream with a minimum score of 50% marks from a recognized university. There are no entrance examinations at the national level like CLAT, AILET, or LSAT for admission to law distance courses. Most admissions in colleges are based on merit in the qualifying examination. There is no specific age limit to apply for this course.
