l have got 7 days pay fine during serving. Can I apply for PCSL commission? What does Army Act say on this, throw some light upon this issue.

You can apply for this commission if
** You age is not more than 42 years.
** You have served 10 years of service in Indian army.
** unmarried candidates are given preference in selection.
** Selection is done through SSB Interview.
