Eligibility for post of ATC


I have completed my graduation in chemistry and have studied maths and physics in 4 semester. am I eligible for the post of ATC

Yes, you are eligible for the job in the department of ATC.

AAI recruits the candidates in the department of Air Traffic Control (ATC). Here i provided the eligibility details.

ELIGIBILITY :

* Candidate should be citizen of India.

* Candidates age should in the range of 21-27 years.

* Age relaxation of 3 years for OBC, 5 years for SC/ ST candidates is applicable.

* Candidates should complete his bachelor degree(B.Sc) in science with physics and mathematics from any recognized university with 60% marks or bachelor's degree (B.E./ B.Tech) in Engineering/ Technology in the disciplines of Electronics/ Telecommunication/ IT technology with 60% marks from any recognized university.

Eligibility Criteria Required for ATC Post:

You have mentioned that you completed Graduation but not mentioned your stream in Graduation. If have completed Graduation in Science (B.Sc), then only you are eligible to apply for ATC post. Even though you have studied Mathematics and Physics at Graduation level, you are not eligible to apply for ATC unless it is B.Sc Course. The basic educational qualification required is given below.

>> Full time or Regular B.Sc with Mathematics and Physics subjects with minimum 60% marks.

(Or)

>> Candidates who have completed B.E/ B.Tech in Information Technology or Electronics or Telecommunications from a recognized university with minimum 60% marks.

Yes, you are eligible to apply for ATC exam.

ATC stands for Air Traffic Controller .

One who wishes to become an ATC has to clear Civil ATC Examination conducted by the Airport Authority of India (AAI).

Eligibility criteria to apply for the exam are as under :-

-The candidate must be a Graduate in engineering or technology in disciplines of electronics/ telecommunication/ information or B.Sc. degree holder in physics/maths/computer science/electronics .

-The candidate must have secured at least 60% marks in the qualifying degree .

-The candidate after successfully qualifying the ATC exam are provided one year training at a civil aviation training college.

Eligibility for ATC is given below:

1 A candidate must done graduation with physics and matha as main subject.
2. Paper consist of questions related to branch of engineering exam, general English, General knowledge, mental ability.
3.After qualifying the exam voice test is done, then personal interview.
4. Then candidates are send to Allahabad for Training.

I have completed Bsc with physics and chemistry as my final year subjects but I had studied physics chemistry and mathematics till 2nd year... whether I am eligible for the post of ATC or not
