Eligibility for Punjab government employees for SAS examination?


Sir, I am Punjab Government employee joined on 24 July 2017. What is the eligibility criteria Subordinate Audit/Accounts Service Exam (SAS Exam)? Am I eligible? What is the syllabus and exam pattern?
