I want to study BCA after my 12th.
But I haven't learn Computer Application
in my 12th Commerce. Please tell me
I am eligible for getting admission?

BCA means "bachalore of computer applications"This course mainly focuses on the applications of computer in Practical life and in the companies.

Eligibility for BCA course:--
You must have completed your 12Th from a recognized Education Board.
You must have studied Maths as a subject in your 12Th.
If you had completed your 12Th with Commerce,then you must have studied Maths as an optional subject.
You must have completed your 12Th with minimum 40% marks.

Only then after you will be allowed to get admissions in BCA colleges.

Yes, you are eligible for BCA course because you have completed HS.

BCA stands for Bachelor's of Computer Application.

The candidate should have completed 12th in any stream preferably Science stream with at least 50% marks with Mathematics as one of the subject of studies from a recognized Board.

Your age shouldn't be bellow 17 years.

BCA - Bachelor of Computer Application

BCA is a 3 years duration course consisting of 6 semesters. This is a Undergraduate course and by doing this course, the candidate can make a career in Information Technology.

Eligibility needed for doing the course is candidate should have completed +2 from a recognized school board of education with Mathematics as subject. You have completed +2 in commerce stream with which you can apply for colleges to do BCA course.

You can join BCA after finishing 12th with commerce without computer application subject.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR BCA:

--> Candidate have to complete 10+2 examination in any discipline.

--> Candidate have to score at least 50% in 10+2.

--> No age limit to appear for BCA entrance examination.

To get admission in BCA course you have to appear in All Indian BCA entrance examination conducted every year in the month of April.

Candidate must have passed secondary education with at least 45 percent marks.

The candidate must be at least 17 year old.

The upper age limit is 30 year.

There is some age relaxation for Sc/St students.
