almost all private college give admission on the basis of iitjee rank if you have a good rank....like kalinga institute gives and so a lot of them give ........

you just need to officially contact them and ask the procedure for applying through iit rank......

As such there is no criteria of using IIT-JEE rank for admission in any private college. The IIT-JEE rank are valid only for IITs and ISM Dhanbad and no other institution govt. or private can announce admission process on the basis of IIT-JEE.
The aieee rank is valid in mostly private colleges.
