please give the list of top 15 engineering colleges of uptu according to placement and reputation (latest).i have already searched on many sites but the ranking of each coleges are varying.i have only one alternative that i have to go through the present counselling status(1st counselling uptu 2010)and which college closed before another.please list the ranking of top 15 colleges of uptu accurately.
