WBJEE take exam in the state of west Bengal not outside the west Bengal.
So you can give examination in the state of west Bengal.

Test centres: In West Bengal and Tripura.
Candidates must have been residing in the State of West Bengal continuously at least for last 10 (ten) years as on 31.12.2010 or their parents must be permanent resident of West Bengal having their permanent home address in the State of West Bengal.

WBJEE examination center is located in the State of West Bengal and Tripura.No center is provided out side of this.All out stated candidate are need to appear from West Bengal.

Outside West Bengal its centers are located only in Tripura i.e. in Agartala

Outside West Bengal WBJEE center is Only is in Tripura (Agartala)

The examination centers for WBJEE 2011 outside West Bengal is only in one state and it is TRIPURA.

WBJEE is conducted by the Government of West Bengal for the admission in various undergraduate courses like Engineering,Medical and Pharmacy in the Colleges in West Bengal.

In order to apply for WBJEE you need to be a resident of West Bengal continuously at least for last 10 years as on 31st December, 2010 or your parents must be a permanent resident of West Bengal with their permanent home address in West Bengal.

You can check the website www.wbjeeb.in for more information.

WEBJEE does not have centres all over india as AIEEE..
you have to go to Benhal to appear for the exam.
Except Tripura where it has got centre.

The exam centers for the WBJEE exam will varies according to the zone or region from which you are appearing.
If you are from outside of west Bengal then your center will might be outside of the kolkata.

West Bengal Conducts Engineering cum Medical Exam through JEM

West Bengal joint Entrance Exam 2011 Notification are yet to come.

But from past Records the Exam Center/city code for other States is given by 91, after seeing this you can come to your conclusion.

They have not specified which state but if you are filling up the form from a particular state they will keep track for that and you will get center in your city if it comes under the 91 Centers.
