I would advice you to go through the 100 hours (mandatory for IRDA examination.) training with full concentration and dedication in whichever language you choose.
IRDA (Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority) exams are conducted online as well as offline. The questions are related to insurance policies and regulatory policies. Consult your senior managers, they will be able to help you with the kind of questions, which comes in the exam. There are also certain institutes which teaches or rather trains to crack the IRDA examination.

people understand things better if it is in their mother-tongue. so it is fair!. you must undergo training form a competent person, then you will appreciate!
