The estimated rank in wbjee is as follow

Marks Rank
80-100 3000-7000
100-110 1000-3000
110-130 500-1000
130-150 100-500
150 and above 1-100!!

So your rank would be below 7000.

you have no chance for govt college.

With a score of that much I think you will secure a rank of around 8000.


So as far as your question about Govt. college is concerned I don't think you will actually make it to the top colleges under government .
But you will get admission in the lower level colleges under govt.

Else you can also try in pvt. colleges of Kolkata . They may mot be cheapest but can be really good in terms of quality.

If you have scored 100 in WBJEE then you can expect a rank of nearly 1000-1500.
