hi... im a student of ece....i want to become a chip designer ...so which feild should i choose in my masters...and how many programming languages should i learn perfectly...and should i prefer india or abroad for doing masters in this feild...

As per my knowledge i think u should go for vlsi design or microelectronic. but you should go to abroad for your better futire in this field as in india their are not many labs available in india.its better to go abroad.

1.VLSI.

2.NANO TECHNOLOGY.

3.Microelectronics.

4.Mechatronics.

Sir i am fr B.TECH 4th year scholer. I am extremly interesting in vlsi field.i have some certain skills like or-CAD tools,tanner tool,C language,vlsi design I have already published many national & international review papers on vlsi .sir i want to join core vlsi field.SIR please suggest me how can i approach core vlsi company and which are those skills we have to develop ? ans on my ID..
