i have not submitted my OBC(NCL) certificate during filling the gate application form, is it now possible for me to submit the required OBC(NCL) certificate now.

While filling GATE application form, you will be asked for OBC NCL certificate if you belong to that category.

The application will not proceed until you upload the caste certificate document.

In case you forgot to upload the correct certificate, then you can again upload the correct document using GOAPS login which will be activated after few days.
