I have done Msc. biotechnolgy and am a gate qualified ,
I want to persue M.tech in related or allied field.

can you enlist the NITs institutes which offer admission to m.sc. students through gate or something,also cut off score if possible.( i think they enroll btech students.)

If you are qualified for GATE then there will be no difference for you and a b.tech graduate

the cutoff is applicable to both the categories

for example if we consider the GATE 2011 admissions for NIT warangal the expected cutoff are like this

it will be arround rank 500 to 600 so if you require this fulfillment then you will be in the race of seat

I think there is no difference between b.tech's and M.Sc

20 NITS give admissions on GATE score basis, cut iff in NITS is nearly 600-650
