I am a B.Tech 2nd year E.C.E student. Can i take part in the GATE exam
in my 3rd year?
Tell me about some good books on this regard.

you can appear for gate exam during third year. . REFER ALL STANDARD BOOKS for your subjects. study previous five question papers. Be strong in mathematics. start preparation nowonwards.

You can give gate exam in 3rd year. you can follow the notes what you have studied yet and what you will. you can study from books also, but i will prefer you to study the materials (preferable brilliant) for better basic building concepts. there you will find a lot of problems and concept by practising which you can score very much in gate.

yes , you can take part in GATE in third year..

with the new rule your GATE certificate will be valid for two years. So , if you get good marks then you are eligible for good colleges after your B.Tech..

Any one in Engineering can appear for Gate Exam.. But its good to give Gate in 3rd year, because Gate Result is valid for 2 years so if u are not able to score well in 1st attempt u have chance to give another xam next year without wasting year.. and as per my knowledge the best book is of G.K Publication gate book for E.C.E students. it contains

• All basic theorye
• Eercise questions with answer and its explanation
• Practice papers
• Last two year solved gate papers.

you surely can write the gate exam in the third year and as the gate score is valid for two years you can even use that score to get admission in college for post graduation course m.tech,

you are 2nd year student in this year you are not eligible for GATE exam.you will be eligible for gate exam in 3rd year.
In 2nd year i will advise you to join coaching or work hard for crack GATE exam.
for crack GATE exam it is nacessary to work hard. it is a top level wxam for M.Tech degree.for GATE exam you should prepare every topic deeply.
It is not nessary to cover all topic of syllabus but it is necessary to sclect topic which you can prepare deeply.
I will advise you to deeply study of topic.

if you are wont to take GATE exam during 3rd year you should be refer the all books of B.TECH cours.
if you want to take the GATE exam you can good book reading of B.TECH cours.and can be very hard study in most of book 3rd amd 4th year books.

yes, you can definitely take part in the exam right from 3rd year onwards and of course the GATE SCORE is valid for two years.

Some of the books you need to refer are:
1.GATE books- G.K. Publishers
2.R.K. Sinodia
3.Tata Mcgraw hills

Refer the past year questions and work out the mock exams either online or offline.
