You need decide based on the course that will help you in achieving your aspirations. M.Tech is apt for those interested in making a career in the technical field. Like if you have more of a research or teaching mind then pursuing M.Tech from NIT is the better choice. Also NIT is a good option for its placement facilities. NIT is known across the world for the quality of education. If you plan to take MBA after B.Tech then opt for state colleges.
