HI dear..

Well with 103 marks , you could expect an AIR of 1,00,000 and with this much AIR, no govt. college is possible.
However you may get other average colleges (Check the list for top colleges)

in 103 marks your rank will be around 60,000 and in such a low rank you will not be able to get any government college but you can try for private college's like
1.LPU
2.Makendeshwar University
3.Manipal University
