Yes you can get a seat in government college with this rank in UPSEE.

Since you want Computer Science,the colleges you can get are:

MMM,Gorakhpur

KNIT,Sultanpur

BIET,Jhansi

Some top private colleges:

JSS,Noida

KIET,Ghaziabad

AKG,Ghaziabad.
