MCA student are consider as equivalent to BE in CS/IT.
In govt sector MCA is allow for Professor, NIC, Bsnl (JTO).
In other exam of Bank , LIC, Railway.

2.bank exams

4.LIC
5.railways

Ofcourse you can apply for gov. jos after MCA there are some gov. companies offers jobs for MCA passouts as BSNL, BHEL etc.
you can also apply in railway
you can also apply for bank jobs nowadays they need for MCA student as IT Manager or IT officer etc.

There are BASIC programming LANGUAGES getting a good grip on them is very much ESSENTIAL.
Many software companies data base language is DOT NET.
you better join in some value named institutions like NIIT for u r TRAINING,they will give you a certificate which will be useful for your future CAREER.
