Yes, you can write GRE after MCA... also you will have edge over others.

first you prepare the daily three hours gre exam and daily prepare two hours mca then you get better rank in gre and good scoring of mca

Preparing for GRE, you need to have a Barron's GRE book all you need to do is to master the book.... remember all the word meanings around 5000 in all and practice the quant section... questions are not tough you just have to be fast in solving them... you can also follow other book's like Kaplan, you will get all information in those books,In the front pages
Remember it is a computer based test.
