Re: How to apply for bank exams while in B.Com 5th semester?
You can apply for the banking PO or clerk exams. In every year the notification of these exams will release. You can check those notification and fill the exam according to your criteria. And you are also eligible for the IBPS exam but for that you do not have any back logs and at the time of joining you have your graduation certificate in your hand.

Re: How to apply for bank exams while in B.Com 5th semester?
B.Com stands for Bachelor of Commerce and it is a three years bachelor degree course consisting of six semesters. Also as you are currently pursuing 5th semester of your B.Com degree course it means you are in the final year of your bachelor degree course.
So being a final year student of your graduation degree course you are eligible for appearing in the bank examinations like IBPS Bank Clerk / PO examination or SBI Bank Clerk / PO examination which are conducted for the recruitment of bank clerk and bank probationary officer for different nationalized banks of India as the educational qualification required for appearing in the same examinations is a graduation degree course with any discipline from a recognized university. Also students pursuing final year of their graduation degree are allowed to sit in the same examination. --> Apart from the educational qualification mentioned above you need to satisfy the criteria given below also :- * You must have the nationality of India with your age lying within 20 years to 28 years for the post of bank clerk and 21 years to 30 years for the post of bank probationary officer. Also the age relaxation is applicable for reserved category candidates as per the government norms. * Also for the both posts you need to have the experience of working on computer together with good communication skills. For more information about these examination you can log on to their respective official link which are www.ibps.in or www.sbiexam.in. |
