Being a second year candidate, you are not eligible for plant training. Most of the well reputed organizations offers plant training to candidates wither pursuing pre final year or final year of bachelor's degree. So, you are suggested to wait for one more year and then apply for plant training in core companies. You simply have to write an application to the HR head of the company. If you got the approval from competent authority, then you can start the plant training in that particular company.
