sir, i just completed my B.Tech (EEE) with 74% and i want to take power plant training. . and iam not getting the correct details about training centers & is there job guarantee after the training? so, suggest me is it better to take training ? or is there any other sources for electrical students. .

you can go for following companies for industrial training which related to power plant
Bel,Bhel,Ntpc,L&T.
Training is always help you in your placement or while going for any company interveiw because it's add work experience to you.

I am a Btech (csit) graduate passed my Graduation in the year 2005,i am interested in Management studies can i get core training in management(hr) field so that i can plan my career in this HR field.

the best traning center for power plant in india are:-

OMS Power Training And Research Institute
National Power Training Institute

there is no surety of jobs after traninig but they are providing placements if you have talent then you can take placements
