MBBS is offered by various Medical Institutes in India and to get admission for this course, you will have to qualify entrance examination conducted on state level, national level, jointly by various medical institutes and few of them conducts their own examination. So, it completely depends upon the institute you are willing to pursue the course from.
However, if you haven't selected any particular institute yet, you may write All India Pre-Medical Test conducted by Central Board of Secondary education.
The last date to apply online with late fee of Rs.1000 is 24-02-2012.

The Preliminary Examination is going to be held on 01-04-2012 and the Final Exam has been scheduled on 13-05-2012.
