My name is sadaf ,I have passed 12th from biology now I want to become a doctor .please tell me how l may get addmission in jamia millia university and how many required minimum percentage

i have cleared 10th and i aspire to become a doctor. I want to know what would i have to do after 12th to become a doctor ?

To become an Doctor you have to MBBS course after passing class 12th.
MBBS is a 5 and half years course taught at various Medical colleges in India.

You have to appear in the Written tests for MBBS held at all India level as well as State level.

You can appear in the below tests:

AIIMS
Eligibilty to apply is:
12th pass with subjects Physics, Chemistry and Biology and also English
Minimum 60% marks should be scored in aggregate in the above 4 subjects for the General and OBC candidates and minimum 50% in case of SC/ST candidates.

Minimum age to apply is 17 years

NEET:
Eligibilty:
12th Pass with minimum 50% marks in aggregate in subjects Phy, Chemistry and Biology and passing marks in English

AGE- Minimum 17 years

You have to fill the forms for giving PMT entrance examinations. Forms are released for different universities like BHU, VMMC, AIIMS, CBSE etc. send forms to the given adresses in brochure provided along with the form. Instructions to fill the form are also given the brochure. Then your examination roll number and examination centre address are sent to you. Then you have to give entrance examination athe given address. If you clear the exam, you will be called for counselling and a college will be alloted for you.

Hi,

Now, when you have passed intermediate with Biology and you want to become a doctor, then you will have to qualify the entrance exam for MBBS.

In India, there are several state level and national level of entrance exams conducted, for admission in MBBS / medical courses.

Some of the exams are -

NEET
JIPMER
AFMC
AIIMS
Other state conducted entrance exams.


Eligibility criteria for medical entrance exams ~~

12th pass with minimum of 50% marks in aggregate of Physics, Chemistry and Biology from a recognized board.

Final year candidates can also apply.

Minimum age of the candidate should be 17 years.

Syllabus of medical entrance exam ~~

Normally , all medical exams have these three papers -

Physics, Chemistry and Biology

Some of the exams also have general awareness or aptitude paper.

So, now you have to decide which exams you want to give. As per my knowledge, for admission in Jamia Milia , you will have to appear for NEET exam.

One who wishes to become a doctor has to opt for MBBS degree .

MBBS stands for Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery.The time duration required to complete this course is 5 ½ years including 1 year compulsory rotating internship.

The eligibility criteria for MBBS degee are as under:-

-The candidate must be a citizen of India .

-The candidate should have passed 12th Class under the 10+2 Scheme from a recognized University/ Board of any Indian State with English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology subjects.

-The candidate belonging to General and OBC category must have passed 10+2/HSC with 60% marks while qualifying marks for SC/ST candidate is 50%.

- The candidate age should be at least 17 years on or before 31st December of the year of admission.
