Company Secretary Course is divided into 3 levels.
1.Foundation
2.Executive
3.Professional
After passing 10+2 you can apply for Foundation level of CS course.
CS Foundation programme has 4 papers:
1.Business Environment & Entrepreneurship
2.Business Management, Ethics and Communication
3.Business Economics
4.Fundamentals of Accounting & Auditing
