How to become a Psychologist in India? What are educational qualification requirements?

I have completed B.Com ( Computers) and then MBA (HR) . After completion i worked as an HR Manager for a year. Then i pursued Post Graduate Diploma in Psychological Counseling Skills. From then i have been freelancing as a counselor and soft skills trainer. I wish to become a psychologist in India. Kindly guide what educational qualifications i should pursue to be able to practice as a psychologist.
