The best way to become a RAW agent to to become an IPS officer first.

To become an IPS officer, you have to appear in the examination conducted by UPSC for IAS. The minimum requirement to appear in this examination is graduation. You must be a degree holder. This exam has two stages: Prelims and Mains followed by interviews. You have to go through all these stages to become an IPS officer. The age limit to appear in this examination is 21-30.

After becoming an IPS officer you have a good opportunity to enter RAW and become and agent.

Joining RAW is not an easy task,it is more difficult then crunching the 'iron grams'.

For joining it first of all candidate must have to qualify civil service exams (all stages) only the candidate's who top the IAS exam are offered to appear for exam for R & AW,then the qualified candidates are selected as an agent of R & AW for the service of 2 to 5 years which is extendable for upto 9 years maximum depending upon candidates capabilities.

There is no permanent job in RAW,top officials or chief for R & AW are selected from IB,CBI,ARMY,IAS etc. who are serving India from atleast 20 years.

RAW stands for Research & Analysis wing .

It is very difficult task to join RAW.

To become a RAW agent one has to first qualify the civil services examination.
The candidates who top the civil services means IAS exam are offered to appear for the RAW exam .

Onthe basis of psycological Tests and interview the candidate sare selected for RAW.

The tenure for the RAW agent is 2 to 5 years . It can be extended upto 9 years depending on the capability of the Candidate .

Complete your education and get into any government jobs and before you know it you be called for ( IPS is preferable ) .
