If you have studied English as one of your subject in your school and you can write and speak English fluently then you can easily get admission in any English medium school inacse if you have not studied English subject in your school then sorry you won't be able to get admission in any English medium school.

Yes. You can transfer the school from bengali medium to English medium. Some schools also conduct interview or entrance exam for admission.
