Requirements to transfer from WB Board to ISC board for 10th Bengali Medium student?

Hello
I am a student of class 10 of wb board (bengali medium).
I want to join a top isc school after my Madhyamik.
What are the requirements which I would have to do?

The admission procedure to join in ICSE school, is same even if you are from WB board or any other education board. To join in higher secondary education at ICSE school, first you have to choose any ICSE school and you should personally visit that school to get Application form. Then you should fill up and submit that Application form along with following documents.
1. 10th Pass certificate
2. Transfer certificate from your present school
3. Bonafide, which is assisted by your school principal.
After completing this procedure, you will get admission in the school.

Which is the better board ISC or Madhyamik for class 11 ?
