There could be jobs for the post of technical assistant etc but these
type of job opportunities are not regular in ISRO. The recruitment is
subject to the available vacancies. e.g. last year the recruitment exam
was conducted for technical assistant post only for Electronics and
Mechanical Engineering diploma holder. Also the no. of vacancies
use to be very less. SO it becomes a very tough competition.
If any such vacancy comes the notification will be published in
the month of September on ISRO's official website.

I would suggest you to go for B.Tech. first and then apply for
Scientist/Engineer post in ISRO.

Yes, sure you can join the ISRO having diploma degree in electrical. There are many posts for diploma holders in ISRO. But they recruits first class students that is high profile students having board toppers as well as university topper.
It means you have more than 90% all through 10th, 12th and diploma.

You can get jobs as a junior scientist. There are many more jobs such as lab assistance, assistance scientist etc.
After having 8-10 years experience you will become senior scientist.

they need a 60% in youy diploma and you can apply for post like

TECHNICAL ASSISTANT
Education: First Class Diploma in Electronics & Communication Engineering / Telecommunication Engineering/ Computer Engg.

There is no form for applying ISRO you need to go to isro website and fill your form but before that you need to make a D.D of 100/- and then you need to apply to website..then you need to note down your application form no and take print of the generated form and sent to the ISRO address.

Technical Assistant :
Posts :10(UR-3, SC-3, ST-1, OBC-2, PH-1)
Pay Scale : PB-2 Rs. 9300-34800 grade pay Rs.4200
Qualification : First Class Diploma in Electronics & Communication Engineering / Telecommunication Engineering/Computer Engg. /Mechanical Engineering from recognized University/ Institution.

my friend , after completion of diploma course you will not be able to get a job in ISRO..

For that you have to complete your BE/B.tech course in the same field.

After completion of BE/B.tech course you can appear in ISRO conducted written test.
Through the exam you will be able to join in ISRO..

So, go for lateral entry exam to get admission in BE/B.tech course in 2nd year directly.

Now if you want to join with ISRO ,then first you have to complete the Bachelor degree after the diploma.then you have to apply for ISRO exam according to post.
If you are passed the written exam,then you are called for personal interview.
you have also pass this interview,then you are the employee of ISRO.
