You can get in to the job profile of Bank Manager, after completing graduation. Graduation is mandatory to apply for CWE for clerical or P.O position conducted by IBPS. The degree can be obtained in any of the streams of specialization. Upper age limit for bank P.O is 30 years. SBI also prefers graduates for P.O job positions.

Re: How can I become a bank manager after 12th in science stream?
Bank Manager is such a position in Banks which can not be given for Freshers who don't have any work experience.
Instead, it would be given to those candidates who have some strong experience in various positions in Banks. So, first try to get into Banks and perform well for good amount of time like 8-10 years. Then you will be having the eligibility to get into position of Manager. The entry level positions in various Banks are -Clerical positions -PO's (Probationary Officers) The minimum academic qualification that is require for both these positions is by completion of Graduation with any of the stream. My suggestion is to go for PO positions as it is a higher level position than Clerk. For private banks, each and every bank is having its own selection process. But for public sector banks, there is a common written exam being conducted by IBPS every year. Better to prepare for this exam. As per eligibility, -completion of Graduation is the academic qualification -Age should be 20-30 years range. -Relaxation is there in upper age limit upto 3 years for the candidates of OBC category -Relaxation is there in upper age limit upto 5 years for the candidates of SC/ST category. -The nationality of the candidate should be India. There is a huge competition for this Exam hence one should have strong preparation to crack this Exam. |
