Yes...It is absolutely related to your Bright future.So no worry,even if you do not have literates in your family.So kindly follow the below instructions carefully to become bank manager.Remember to become bank manager only 10th class qualification is not sufficient at all.So for that you must continue your studies even up to Graduation or Bachelor degree from a recognized university.

You must be in a first position to know and learn the knowledge in Banking knowledge,and work experience would be useful.You must have throughout 60% in your academics for your bright career.So you must first do your Intermediate(10+2) in streams such as M.P.C or C.E.C. or M.E.C.But you would better to go for M.P.C(Maths,Physics,Chemistry subjects).Because with this MPC stream you may go for the various further studies such as B.E/B.Tech/B.C.A/B.B.A/B.B.M/B.A/B.Sc/B.Com and more.

I recommend you to go for B.E/B.Tech for bright future not only in the Banking industry.You may even find good career opportunities after your B.Tech in Commerce field,Core sector,as well as government sector.There are even various streams available in B.E/B.Tech such as Civil,Mechanical,Information Technology,Computer Science,Electrical,Electronics engineering,Aeronautical engineering and more.So then you need to write Banking common entrance examination.The entrance exam is called I.B.P.S.
I.B.P.S ---- Institute of Banking and Personal Selection.

So through this IBPS examination you can participate in the 19 sector bank with the qualified score card.Other than this you may also write SBI clerk as well as specialist officers exams also.And you try to follow the academic criteria given and be prepared IBPS books from now to gain good knowledge over that.

To become a bank manager, as a first step you ought to join 11th in Commerce stream and complete your 12th with high grades. After that join BCom in college preferably institutions of national importance in Government sector. Then write exams of IBPS (Institute of Banking Personnel Selection) for probationary officer. After successful completion of tests you may become Bank manager. Otherwise you may go for MBA and then take manager level tests directly.

If you wish to join bank in America then complete graduation with good marks then go for MBA in good institute like Indian Institute of Management. If you are lucky then can directly go to America but most the candidates join big banks in India & perform well. if you perform well then definitely get chance to reach abroad. Completing 12th, Go for B.Com/BBA Banking & Finance.
You can't get directly job as Bank Manager. At least you should have relevant experience in managing the banking experience. Find a job in any accounting company or bank as a Process Associate. Meanwhile, you can complete MBA in Banking stream and go ahead with 8+ years of experience.
