CTET is Central Teacher Eligibility Test and the examination is conducted by CBSE for recruitment as teacher.

The minimum eligibility to appear in the examination is that candidate must have passed higher secondary and have D.Ed qualification.

There is no age limit to appear in the examination. For more information about examination visit at www.ctet.nic.in.

Well, a B. Ed might land you up in a regular primary school teaching job but Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) can help you get into a Government school with a respectable pay package. While B. Ed is an undergraduate/college degree, CTET Exam is a Central Eligibility Test conducted by the Government of India.
