I am Jenifer completed 10th in 2010. Now I want to change my date of birth in that certificate actual date is 18/02/94 but in certificate date 08/02/94. I have completed my first degree and now I want to apply for passport. How can I change my date off birth? Is there any issue while applying for passport?

It is very difficult to get the DOB changed in SSC certificate. Moreover, the same DOB might have been considered for next academic levels like 10+2 and Degree. In addition, the same DOB might have been captured in Address and ID Proof.

You need to change all if you want to have correct Date of Birth which is huge time taking.

There is also a risk that Date of Birth change is accepted in some certificates and not accepted in some other certificates.

Hence, my suggestion is to get the Date of Birth certificate with the date mentioned in 10th certificate.

Then you can apply for Passport easily and no need to change your Date of Birth anywhere.

This is being done by so many candidates.
