how can i get confirmed whether my iit form has reached the iit?

This provision was earlier that you have send IIT application form after filling and pasting your photograph and later on when IIT received it, a sms was sent to your filled number that you application has been received.

But nowadays, there is no send application form. All you need to do is to fill application form online and later on download admit card when it is released.
