Hi i got 591 rank in Gate.
How to apply to iits for m.tech?
What are the iits in which i can get into with this rank?

Congrats for ur rank, u can get admission to any iit. for it u have to check the websites of different IIT's. After that u have to fill the admission form and attach a DD of mentioned amount. after that IIT's conduct interviews.ALL THE BEST

If you belong to general category, usually a score above 610 is the cut off for Mtech courses in IIT's except for civil. If you are opting for civil, this is a good score. If you belong to any of the reserved segments, you stand a great chance to get into IIT's with this score.

You Please include your Branch and reservation detail also. Secondly I feel all IIT admissions for 2010 are over by this time. You may see websites for important dates. 591 is a good score. You may see the cutoff gate scores of concerned IITs for 2009

You didnt told, which branch you belong.You have fared well.The iit cutoffs vary each year.See to where you can apply.IITs takes students at this marks.

1.iit guwahati
2.iit kanpur
3.iisc,bangalore
4.iit ,delhi

you didnot mention your stream.by the way If you belong to general category,then you can apply 5 IITs.they will call you according to their cutoff.

previous year in iit cut off was near about 500. so i think you may get the chance.

to take admission in iit visit the official website for each iit and know the procedure to apply. you also have to make demand draft for application form. all details you will get from the website.

beside iit you will get chance in other leading institution also. the admission procedure is vary from institution to institution. so to take admission in a college visit the particular website of that college and you will get the admission procedure and other details.

see you have a very good chance to get into Powai if you can show some backward certificates if you belong to otherwise you need to approach lower than that,
