Hello, I was doing my graduation from ARSD College Delhi University, B.Com Hons. And dropped the graduation in 2014 in second year. I joined in 2011 and I even failed. Now that I think I should do something about my studies, as I am turning 28 this year I want to continue my studies. I want to prepare for CSE for IPSC as this time I really want to take it serious. Although I read that BA is the best course for IPSC. And even if I continue with B.Com only? What is the procedure? Can I apply in IGNOU for the same to continue from where I left or shall I apply for BA but as I am turning 28 and there is some age limit for UPSC? What should I do?

You will have to take fresh admission in first year of bachelor's degree in commerce, you can not resume. IGNOU is UGC and DEC approved and recognized.

The upper age limit for general category candidates is 32 years, that for OBC is 35 years and that for SC/ST is 37 years.
