The eligibility to apply for NEET is that candidate must have passed std 12th with PCB as main paper from a recognised board.

So, you cannot appear for the examination on the basis of your qualification, and have to take admission in std 11th with PCB and then only pursue std 12th with board examination.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
