How can I get admission in any engineering colleges? I've got 45% marks in 12th , 26 marks in AIEEE and 74 marks in MHT-CET

I HAVE 61 MARKS IN MHT-CET AND 11 MARKS IN AIEEE, CAN I GET ADMISSION IN GOOD COLLEGE,, BY CAP ROUNDS

can i get admission in pune engineering college. i got 61% in 12th mbipc group and got 21 marks in aieee and got 4974 state rank. i belong to sc category.

I HAVE GOT 50% IN 12TH SCIENCE AN I HAVE SCORED 26 IN JEE-MAIN AN I HAVE GOT 47 IN MHT-CET THEN CAN I GET ANY GOOD COLLAGE OF ENGINEERING IN MUMBAI OR BY MANAGEMNT SO PLZZ GUIDE ME
