How can I get admission in Maharashtra Engineering colleges? How can I appear in MHT-CET exam?
I have a domisile certificate of Maharashtra State and presently I am working at Bhilai, Chhattisgarh. Can my son appear in MHT-CET exam? If yes, where from I get application form? Will my son be considered for Maharashtra colleges including government colleges? Give complete details.

sir,i am an SBC candidate and due to my caste validity problems i have taken admission in open category in sinhgad college of engineering for first year but now i got my caste validity so can i use that caste validity for admission in second year???

Eligibility Criteria: Candidate should be an Indian National and should have passed the HSC (Std.XII) examination of Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent examination with subjects English, Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics AND Secured minimum 50% marks in the subjects Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics added together AND Obtained a non zero score in subjects Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. Eligibility Criteria is different for admission under categories like,AIEEE qualified, foreign nationals,foreign students, PIO, J&K migrant candidates etc. Details can be know from the brochure which can be downloaded from the website. Reservations: All the reservations shall be applicable to candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only subject to the fulfillment of the eligibility criteria specified by respective authorities from time to time. Scheme of the examination: Date of Examination: 10th May 2012 Time & duration of Examination: There will be three papers of one and half hours each. Schedule & Test Design: The MHT-CET will consist of three question papers. Each paper is of 100 marks. Paper I : Physics & Chemistry (50 objective qus and 50 marks each) – common for both streams Paper II : Biology (Botany & Zoology - 50 marks each) – only for Medicine stream Paper III: Mathematics (100 Marks) – only for Engineering stream A candidate desirous of selection to Pharmacy degree course should appear for Paper I & Paper-II and/or Paper-III. There is no choice among the questions, i.e. all questions have to be answered. Each correct answer will be given mark/(s). There shall be no negative marking for wrong answers.
